Smoothie Before Blending

I wanted you all to see what my smoothie looks like before it is blended. I think all of the ingredients look so beautiful together!


Can you tell which is the maca, bee pollen, blue green algae, hemp meal, flax meal, goji berries, and acai powder?


And banana, spinach, kale, and water for the base. YUM :mrgreen:

And motivated!

This morning’s smoothie is something completely new. Yesterday I had the standard green superfoods smoothie. Today I was feeling like chocolate banana. So it is: banana, cacao nibs, maca, bee pollen, hemp meal, flax meal, and water. This way I was able to get in most of my superfoods. Especially since I added my greens and blue green algae at lunch. It’s good but not quite like I imagined. I think I’ll grind the cacao nibs in a coffee grinder first. Very good anyhow. 



And for my greens I made a salad for lunch that is 1 enormous kale leaf (it must be at least 2 cups packed) and 1/4 of a red cabbage. The dressing is: olive oil, nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp blue green algae, rice vinegar, and garlic mustard aioli.


Getting back to eating raw I want to keep it simple.
