Breaking Even

I had my notepad out and was all ready to log every morsel that passed my lips. Then there were the cheetos, and the doritos, the chocolate and the champagne, not to mention all of the potluck dishes…..hmmm…..I quickly realized that this was not going to work. 

So the best I can do as far as reporting my daily deficit (or surplus!) is to tell you how many calories I burned and estimate how many I ate.

Wednesday: Burned 1992 – Consumed 2100??? = 108 surplus

Thursday: Burned 2191 – Consumed 2000 (ish???) = 191 deficit

So all in all I’m calling that a break even.
