Super Quick Lunch

But totally delicious and incredibly filling.

Shredded cabbage, shredded brussels sprouts. Dressing: vegenaise, rice vinegar, and anything else that strikes your fancy. I added hard boiled eggs for protein. I used 1/2 cabbage and about 6 brussels sprouts. It was enough for 2 large meals.

  1. OMG I should have posted my lunch yesterday. It was left-over spicy asian slaw. I used about 20 brussel sprouts and and entire 10 oz back of broccoli. I added rice wine, a splash of sesame oil, tons of sesame seeds, a splash of lite soy, and some Kimche Furikake. DELISH!! I had a slice of GH Dakota bread on the side. Kept me full for HOURS and HOURS.
