Kind Of Mexican-ish

There’s a local Mexican restaurant that we have been to several times that has the best salsa ever! It’s shredded cabbage, lime juice, and a bunch of other stuff but I don’t have the recipe. So I tried to duplicate it last night. It’s not nearly as good but is delish nonetheless. It was:

1/2 white cabbage – shredded
7 brussels sprouts – shredded
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves
1/2 chopped apple
1/2 diced avocado
1 – 2 Tbs ground hemp seeds
Cumin
Lime Juice
Salt

A.maz.ing. And again – I think this is key – I let it sit overnight to marinate.
